Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the applicable Terms are those in force on the day of the order.
Article 2 — Products and legal compliance
The products sold are hemp derivatives (Cannabis sativa L.) for non-therapeutic use. All products strictly comply with:
- A Δ9-THC level equal to or below 0.3% in the finished product (decree of 30 December 2021, as amended);
- The ban on synthetic cannabinoids HHC, HHCP, H4-CBD, THCP, THCV (decree of 12 June 2023);
- The French Council of State ruling of 29 December 2022 authorising the sale of hemp flowers and leaves within the above THC limit;
- The CJEU Kanavape ruling of 19 November 2020 (case C-663/18) on the free intra-EU movement of CBD.
Products come with, when available, their Certificates of Analysis (COA) downloadable on the product page. The products are not medicines. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, minors, or persons under medical treatment.
The Customer is solely responsible for checking the legality of possessing and using the products in their delivery country. The Seller only delivers to European Union countries where sale is legal. The list of delivery countries is specified at checkout.
Article 3 — Age conditions
Sale is strictly reserved for adults (18 years or older). By validating their order, the Customer certifies on their honour that they have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence. Any breach will result in cancellation of the order without compensation.
Article 4 — Order
The order steps are: (1) selecting the cart, (2) logging in or creating an account, (3) accepting the Terms, (4) secure payment. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email, subject to actual receipt of payment.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or being out of stock.
Article 5 — Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before validation. The applicable VAT is the one in force on the day of the order, at the standard rate of 20% unless otherwise stated (the reduced 5.5% VAT rate on food products does not apply to CBD products not intended for human consumption within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 "Novel Food").
Delivery is free in mainland France from 50 € of purchases.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made exclusively online by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire) via the secure SumUp platform, a payment service provider authorised in Europe. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and the 3D-Secure protocol in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). No banking data is stored on the Seller's servers.
Payment is due upon ordering. Failure to pay results in automatic cancellation of the order after 24 hours (see article 12).
Article 7 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation, from France. The parcel is plain, with no visible mention of its contents or the brand, to preserve the Customer's privacy.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days;

In the event of a delay of more than 7 days for France or 14 days for the EU, the Customer may terminate the order in accordance with article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

Legal exceptions (article L221-28): the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (in particular opened flowers, resins and consumable oils).

Article 16 — Mediation and dispute resolution
