General Terms of Use.
Version in effect as of 19/09/2026. A separate document from our General Terms of Sale which govern the purchase of products.
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://worldweed.fr by any internet user ("the User"), whether a visitor, registered member or customer. They supplement our General Terms of Sale which specifically govern the purchase of products.
Accessing and browsing the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. In case of disagreement, the User must leave the site.
Article 2 — Age restriction (18+)
The site sells hemp-derived products intended exclusively for adults (18 years or older). An age verification gate is displayed on first visit. By clicking "Yes, I am 18+", the User certifies on their honour that they have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
This declaration constitutes a statement on one's honour engaging the User's civil and criminal liability in the event of a false declaration (article 441-1 of the French Criminal Code). WorldWeed reserves the right to request proof of identity before shipping in case of doubt, and to cancel any order placed by a minor without compensation.
Article 3 — Conditions of access to the site
The site is accessible 24/7, except for interruptions for maintenance or force majeure. WorldWeed cannot be held liable for temporary access interruptions, malfunctions or data loss related to technical incidents.
The User is solely responsible for setting up the IT and telecommunication resources needed to access the site, as well as their security (antivirus, updates, etc.).
Article 4 — Creating and using an account
Registration is free and optional for browsing; it becomes necessary to place an order, benefit from the loyalty programme or save favourites.
The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters) and keep it strictly confidential;
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent welcome vouchers or the referral programme (one account per natural person);
- Not transfer, sell or lend their account to a third party.
In the event of fraudulent use or breach of these Terms, WorldWeed reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without notice or compensation, and to retain any loyalty point balances acquired fraudulently.
The User may delete their account at any time by writing to contact@worldweed.fr. Data will be erased under the conditions set out in our Privacy.
Article 5 — User conduct
The User undertakes to use the site fairly. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Any attempt at hacking, intrusion or circumventing security measures;
- Mass extraction (scraping) of content, email harvesting, use of unauthorised bots;
- Sending abusive, defamatory content contrary to public order or decency (in particular in product reviews);
- Identity theft;
- Commercial exploitation of the site without written agreement;
- Misuse of the loyalty or referral programme (self-referral, fake accounts, etc.).
Any breach may result in immediate suspension of the account without notice, and where applicable legal proceedings (articles 323-1 to 323-7 of the French Criminal Code for offences against automated data processing systems).
Article 6 — Customer reviews
Users with a verified account may publish reviews on products they have purchased, in accordance with the French law of 9 June 2014 on online customer reviews. WorldWeed moderates reviews before publication to remove unlawful content (insults, discriminatory remarks, infringement).
Reviews are kept for as long as the product is on sale. The author may request deletion of their review at any time by writing to contact@worldweed.fr. No consideration is offered in exchange for a positive review.
Article 7 — Intellectual property
All elements of the site — the WorldWeed trademark, logo, graphic identity, illustrations, original photographs, text, source code, databases — are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code (articles L111-1 et seq., L341-1 et seq. for databases) and remain the exclusive property of WorldWeed or its rights holders.

Freely reusable content (Creative Commons licensed photos from suppliers listed in the photo credits) remains subject to the licences indicated.
Article 8 — Hyperlinks
The site may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, information sources, payment platforms, carriers). WorldWeed exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any liability for their content, availability or practices.
Linking to the WorldWeed website is free, provided the context does not damage the brand's image or constitute unfair practice.
Article 9 — Availability and evolution of the site
WorldWeed strives to ensure the availability of the site and the accuracy of information, without however being bound by an obligation of result. The site may evolve at any time (added features, graphic changes, temporary suspension) without notice.
Article 10 — Limitation of liability
