4. Business activity — Sale of cannabidiol (CBD) products
WorldWeed is an online shop selling hemp-derived products (Cannabis sativa L.) intended exclusively for adults (18 years and over).
All products sold strictly comply with:
- The maximum threshold of 0.3% Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the finished product, under the decree of 30 December 2021 implementing article R. 5132-86 of the French Public Health Code, as amended by the decree of 21 December 2022 and the French Council of State ruling of 29 December 2022;
- European case law on the free movement of CBD products lawfully produced in an EU member state — CJEU Kanavape ruling of 19 November 2020 (C-663/18);
- The ban on synthetic cannabinoids HHC, HHCP, H4-CBD, THCP, THCV, classified as narcotics under the decree of 12 June 2023 published in the French Official Journal.
