Delivery times

Any order validated before 2pm is prepared the same day. Delivery time:

• Mainland France : 48-72h (Colissimo, Chronopost)
• Corsica : 3-5 jours
• EU : 5-7 business days (on request, subject to local regulations)

Shipping costs

4,90 € in mainland France. Free from 50,00 € purchase.

All orders are shipped in neutral packaging, no logo or visible product mention. Total confidentiality.

Tracking

You receive an email at each step: order created, payment confirmed, parcel shipped (with tracking number).

Return policy

14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Products must be unopened in original packaging. Return shipping at customer's expense. Refund within 14 days of receipt.

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

In case of damaged or undelivered parcel: contact@worldweed.fr within 48h of delivery.
