Is CBD legal in France? +
Yes. Since the Conseil d'État ruling of 29 December 2022, sale of hemp flowers, leaves and derivatives is authorised in France provided Δ9-THC does not exceed 0.3%. All our products strictly comply.
Is CBD a medicine? +
No. Our products are not medicines and make no therapeutic claims. They do not replace medical advice. In case of doubt or pathology, consult a healthcare professional.
Does CBD get you high? +
No. CBD (cannabidiol) is non-psychoactive. The "high" comes from Δ9-THC, and our products contain less than 0.3% (so undetectable in terms of effect).
What are HHC, HHCP, THCP? +
These are synthetic cannabinoids classified as narcotics by the French decree of 12 June 2023. We do not sell any of these products. Our catalogue contains only CBD, CBG and CBN, legal in France and Europe.
How does delivery work? +
Shipped within 48 working hours after payment confirmation, from France. Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days in metropolitan France, 4-8 days in EU. 100% neutral packaging, no logo or visible mention.
Is my parcel discreet? +
Totally. No logo or "CBD/cannabis" mention on the outer packaging. No one will know what's inside, not even the postman.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire) via a secure platform. 3D-Secure enabled, no card data stored on our servers.
How to use a promo code? +
Add your products to cart, enter your code in the "Promo code" field and click "Apply". The discount applies automatically. One code per order.
How does the loyalty program work? +
€1 spent = 1 point. Reach 500 pts to become Silver (-10% + free shipping from €30), 1000 pts for Gold (-15% + birthday gift). Convert points to discount vouchers from your account.
What about referrals? +
Share your personal link with a friend. When they place their first paid order, you receive 10% in points (up to 200 points = €10). Find your referral code in My account.
How to return a product? +
You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal (excluding opened products, for hygiene reasons). Contact us by email with your order number.
I haven't received my parcel, what should I do? +
First check tracking with your order number. If you don't find your parcel within 7 days of shipping, email us and we'll handle it.
Can I consume while driving? +
No. Even though our products contain less than 0.3% THC, traces can be detected by saliva tests. Do not consume before or during driving.
Is CBD not recommended for certain people? +
Yes. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, minors, and people on medical treatment. Ask your doctor in case of doubt.
